Part of maintaining a balanced, healthy diet is seeking out ways to add more protein into daily food choices. Today I decided to incorporate more protein with my green smoothie by adding Greek yogurt. An added benefit – it made the smoothie so creamy and delicious! This recipe serves three and is simple to make with only a handful of ingredients.
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup red grapes (using green would be great too)
1 cup blueberries
2 cups peaches
1 cup water
As much kale as I could fit in the blender
Remember, you can adjust the ingredients to fit your taste. Be creative and enjoy how great eating healthy can taste!
