Another free online service we offer our patients is online bill pay, a simple, secure and free way to view, manage and pay your medical bills online.

Online bill pay gives you immediate access to your medical statements including clinic visits, current and past medical charges, payments made by your insurance provider and the balance you owe on your account. Now, with the click of a button, you can securely and conveniently pay your bill.

How to register:

Locate your Bill Pay code on your most recent paper statement.
Log into the patient portal and click the "Online Bill Pay" tab at the top of the page.
Enter your Bill Pay code and account balance from your most recent statement.

Once you’ve registered, you can view and pay your bills online. Sign up today!

Email Your Doctor ($50/person or $100/family annually)

Have you ever been on the road, stuck at the office, up late at night with a medical question or just have something to share with your doctor?

E-mail your family doctor in Plano non-urgent medical questions. The $50 annual fee includes an unlimited number of e-mail messages and access to your medication and allergy history. E-mail responses are provided in one business day. Current patients can sign up now in the patient portal.
