Village Health Partners accepts many insurance plans. Below is a current list of these plans. For more information or to learn if we accept a plan that is not listed, please call our office at (972) 599-9600.
At your visit, please present your health insurance card so that we may verify coverage. We request patients present their insurance cards at the time of service for every visit. This is necessary for our office to ensure payment from your insurance company.
We see patients who do not have health insurance. We do not accept Medicaid or Workmen’s Compensation insurance.
Payment Information
We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Payment for services not covered by your health plan are payable at the time of your visit.
